focuser upgrade

hi guys,

i have just upgraded my focuser on my evostar 102, my problem is how to attach my finder scope

the focuser is a duel speed skywatcher which is a direct replacement for the factory one but

there seems to be no way to attach a finder shoe the one i bought from flo as holes in side by side

the focuser as two holes with little grub screws in that do not line up , the only way i think is

to drill two new holes into the tube itself, as anybody else done this and how have they solved it

as i still want to use my 9x50 finder scope..

hi there

I had one and although possibly a different type, they all seem to have this grub screw and it works and holds well with one screw so don't fret. use a small piece of double sided tape on the other side if you are worried.
