yeah i agree with all of you Cumbrians out there we do need some good clear nights to come along. seriously lookin foreward to the next clear night, hopefully im going to be free for it and wil have a brilliant viewing session..... fingers crossed.

A belated reply from another member in Cumbria. Not sure where you are in the county but are you aware of the local astrnomical societies in the region? We have Border AS (Carlisle), Cockermouth AS, Eddington AS of Kendal, Furness AS and just over the border there's Dumfries & Galloway AS. All easily tracked down via Google.
