Has anyone else got these, I've got a pair of the £99 set that are sold under various labels. I've never owned a 'premium' set but even these cheapos have improved my planetary and lunar views greatly. Theyre are also not bad on the brighter DSO's, I know the 3D effect is an illusion but it still looks amazing.

After my failed attemps at building some i may invest in a pair things is i have heard they dont work so good with my 8" scope being f/5...

They'll go great with your Mak on the planets, the Newt may not have enough focus.

If you are into planetary observing then for £99 they are a good deal.
