M46 in Puppis with NGC 2438

was long in my target list, but now I could manage to do some imaging from my garden. I have added a 2nd image with the planetary NGC 2438 (+10.1m) enlarged approx. 5 x and set into the original as an inlay. Unfortunately some mists have been rising (very common if you live close to the Lake of Constance - Southern Germany)

TOA 130S - f=1000mm - ALccd6c (QHY8) OSC - 11 x 5min subs and IDAS LPS-2 to block the street lights.
