John
TV NEAF's are basically slight seconds. They can (usually) be identified by a small punch mark near the Tele Vue logo. I had a 13mm smoothside plossl that was a "NEAF blem" and it was indistiguishable from the other, non-blems I had in terms of finish and performance, apart from the punch mark. They should be disclosed by sellers as such though - mine was not when I bought it used NEAF - North East Astro Forum & Telescope Fair - held annually near the TV HQ, Suffren, New York. Chris H
NEAF is the North East Astronomy Forum & Telescope Fair in the US. Televue take (or used to take) ep's that were slightly damaged to the show to sell at a discount I think this would be a NEAF Plossl. For the money Televue Plossl are excellent.
