Hello :)

Hello guys,

I'm Riccardo, an Astrophysics undergraduate from Surrey.

I do not own a telescope at the moment - also because I'm close to London, which isn't good at all - but astronomy & astrophysics are just my life :)

I already can't wait for my PhD!

I'll see you around :)

Hello, John. Thanks for the welcome.

Eheh, thanks, although I should really focus on my undergraduate degree for now :)

Welcome Riccardo! I'm sure that after tuning into this forum for some time, you'll be aching to buy a telescope and will be soon planning a trip away from light pollution!

Hello Isabelle, thanks :)

I am having a quick tour of the forum and looking at the pictures you guys have been taking.. and I want to take some too, already! ;)

I might ask my Astronomy lecturer to organise an observation in the our dome pretty soon! :)

I don't know yet!

Either research or working at NASA :)

But I still have a year and a half of my undergraduate degree, so I have plenty of time to think about.

My objective for now is to get a nice first class degree and then to manage to get in at a very good University for my PhD :)
