PL-131C COOLAIR high speed camera

Does anyone have one of these and if you do can you get it running. I have tried it with my Advent 4211c netbook which has 3 usb2 and is running windows xp service pack 3.

It works first time after I load drivers then after that nothing.

I have uninstalled drivers and reloaded. Also did a DPC Latency checker (I don't know what that is but was told to it by the supplier) and it said that the device should work with my netbook.

If anyone has any advice it would be appreciated.

I don't know if this will fix your problem but on my netbook I had to disable the built in camera before my webcam would work correctly.
