Hello there!

It's been great to find this forum and the wealth of information it offers. Although I had been staring at the skies with longing since childhood, I started three years ago when I bought my first telescope, a 6 inch Celestron Dobsonian. Now, I feel ready to take the big plunge, and gather a propah bit of kit!

I hope to stick around and enjoy the company!

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Well there's no shortage of proper kit out there and there is also a surplus of absolute tosh out there too! Let's hope we can help you separate the two piles so you can really enjoy some great views.
