Moon Pics 28 12 06 & 30 12 06

A couple of nights ago the clouds parted for half & hour and tonight they also clear for 30 mins.

I decided that the only observing would be the Moon and I would take a few pics.

The pics from the 28th were taken with my finepix 5600 and tonight I used my trusty A607 compact. Both times I used the steadypics mount.

The biggest problem wa the wind trying too blow the scope over

The 8 inch f6 newt I have is not so much grab & go more lug & groan, but I am glad i maged to get out be it ever so briefly
