Atik Titan - Missing ArtemisCCD.dll

Hi Guys,

Some of you may be aware that I recently obtained an Atik Titan

I've been playing around with it trying to get use to the software and I am coming across a problem.

When I try and use the Artemis Diagnostics Programme I get the following error:

cannot find ArtemisCCD.dll (or FTDZXX.dll)

I also get a similar error when trying to use PHD (cannot find artemis.dll)

I've looked all over the net and on my laptop but can find the ArtemisCCD.dll file. Am I missing something? I have downloaded the latest core software from Atik and that hasn't solved the problem.

Just wanted to see if anyone here had the same or can provide a solution, if not it might be an email to Atik.

ArtemisCCD.dll should be found in your C:\Windows\System32 directory. If you don't have it, I can send you the latest (just installed from the Atik CD that came with my new 383L+ camera). PM me with your email address if you would like me to email the file to you.

Found the solution now thanks to being pointed to the Atik group on Yahoo.

Apparently the Atik Diagnostic Tool is for USB1 installations and not needed for USB 2 installations which I have done.
