branched dipper

It was windy minus 8 degree. Does anybody know how to fix my branches and maybe make them look steady through gimp or something? And can someone point out exactly where m51 is? Thanks for your help. 8lights25sec4darks25seconds,dss,canon.......

I dont think there is any way to correct motion blur in an image.

p.s.~~~M51 is the "whirlpool" galaxy........not "The Big Dipper".

Sorry if i misread your comment and thought you called the big dipper M51. To be honest i cant even see the big dipper in that image.
