Just for fun i googled this EP and saw that they sell new for close to $400.

So for £100 it was a BARGAIN.

My most expensive EP (Vixen NLV) sells for about £140. I bought it second hand here for £70. That to me was a BARGAIN.

What is the FOV (AFOV?) on the 35mm EP?

Shame it was a 2".

I spotted that one when it 1st went on (only had a few views then) but I've already got a Nagler 31 which shows a bit more sky that the Pan 35, so I didn't bother. I did post a heads up here though :D

That's very noble of you John, next time though, lets keep it quiet and just just pm me with the bargain :-)

I'm dying to try an EP that has a larger FOV then 50 degrees but i dont think thats possible with the 1.25" format?

It is, eyepeices like the UWANs have 82 degrees on the 16, 7, and 4mm 1.25" eyepeices

some of the 100degree ethos are 1.25" as well :D
