ISS near Pleiades tonight.

Recommended Posts

Just noticed (using Starry Night) that the International Space Station passes 6 degrees above Pleiades at 22.03 tonight. Not close enough to get them in the same eyepiece but close nonetheless.

(A few seconds ahead of the ISS will be a Russian Soyuz type satellite)

That is remarkable, not least because it would have been moving across the sky at quite a speed!

Remarkable and more. That's just amazing! I'm gobsmacked because of the scale being right, the focus is spot on, well it just beggars belief that he got it. outstanding image or what?

Stunned!
