GUM 1 NEBULA EHEHHE IN MONOCEROS

This is a very difficult one for me , other wise called the sea gull nebula , this is a huge emission nebula ,and would need some very wide field to enable the whole of the nebula to be taken , this part is around the head of the seagull , pretty boring really , ,but does make a nice image if one could get it all in , anyway i,m pleased i got , as its kinda between my roof top and a huge tree, not many subs maybe try another night when conditions are better ,

30 subs at 60 secs HA, ed 80 OF COURSE , and processed in Maxim , pulled with DDP process and finished in Photoshop.

yes that could be done Phil my problem is i dont think i can get it all , because of the house roof , but i will try and see what i can get ,when i get the chance

Expertly done as always Rog. One to tick off the list and move on I guess. Attaching a telephoto lens to the Atik might be a good option for these big things.
