I had a lot of fun with lunar mosaics... but I think this one was probably my best

I also pushed things a lot (who me )... with a 5x barlow instead of the 2x, I don't know why, but I find this area really interesting.

And we had some wonderful Halo's, Canon 450d and kit lens

My first light, the moon through a skywatcher explorer 150p, taken on an iphone!

This is my first year at taking astrophotos so I put in my 2 favourite Lunar shots and I included a couple of widefield shots too as they are among my favourite pics of the year.

ISO 400, 1/250, 150PL and 20D and it was my first attempt using my dslr.

Didn't spend as much time on Lunar as i would have liked during 2010, as was focused on planets, heres my top 5 Lunar for 2010.

The first of these shot was taken with the Mak on 30.08.10. The second, with the Dob a few months later on 15.11.10. Both using the 1000D at ISO100, prime focus, manually setup, single shots, tweaked in Lightroom, resized and cropped...
