My first moon pic 9/1/11

Took this with skywatcher skyliner 200P with a Samsung ES17 (Stolen from my sis) held up to the camera.

Can anyone please give me feedback on what I need to do to improve, it seems awfully bright and im looking for lots for advice on what I should do. Will have a webcam to use soon hopefully just need to install drivers and software on it.

Hi Carl nice first image did you use a moon filter? thats why theres lots of glare and a very bright moon.

Nope didnt use a moon filter. Which would you recommend to buy?

I have this filter here but mine is a antares not meade but this one is higher quality.

i took this image yesterday using ND96 moon filter using the same method you used.
