OK, please can any-one processing my subs please post the results in this thread for comparison.

I will add a few at a time as it crashed when i tried to do it all in one go.

Not quite sure how easily this will download, you might have to install dropbox in order to open it straight into DSS.

or software that will read RAW files.

Well Carole, spent a very interesting afternoon 'mucking about' with your data. Can't say I'm pleased with the result but am posting anyway after all the trouble you've gone to to make it available.

It was good in another way - I finally got the hang of dealing with Canon raw files in PixInsight - it was the debayering that had thrown me previously, so now I'm going to have another go at processing some of my own raw files.

Anyway, thanks for all your efforts - hopefully I can get out soon and take some more of my own!

A few months ago (when I had just started DS imaging), some-one offered their files (on another forum) for newbies to practice processing and I found it very useful, so thought it would be nice to return the favour.

I also was interested to see if any more experienced processors could get more out of my images than I could.

Thanks for sharing I'll have a go but I don't know what flats or subs as yet <embarassed look> it's quite amazing the difference made by tweaking. Is your rendition available caristro?

RIGHT!

I'm going to move these files out of the Dropbox now as I want to keep them on my PC rather than on the internet, as I think every-one who wanted to use them has done so.

I'll move them in a couple of days in case any-one wants to grab them and hasn;t done so yet.
