Pic with the lights out - are you mad! its the grouping of the blue lights that make it look like the plieades cluster!! and the finger print i think i must have had on the Galaxy lense creating my nebulas

Sadly no - I havent attempted imaging a DSO yet. Need to improve my polar alignment first. Oh and get a power tank so I can get out of town!

Hey Dai - we have a similar set up. I dont know about you but I think we might come out with slightly less imressive results if we tried M45 for ourselves. If only I had the patience to try - much easier pointing the spc900 at Jupiter

Hi Chris, well maybe one day we will both be able to image like the pros. Do you have the polar scope for your mount. I do not, but was thinking about getting one. Just looking for some info.
