Demonperformer Posted December 15, 2010 Share Posted December 15, 2010 Welcome to the forum.I would echo previous comments that you may find it limiting for taking pics.Can't see that anyone has answered russell's question about the modded canon ... there is a filter in front of the sensor that cuts down dramatically the amount of red light getting through. This is bad for astro, so the filter can either be removed or replaced with one that allows the red light through (this gives a weird tint to daylight photos, which can be remedied with another 'clip on' filter).
