The Crescent Nebula in Ha

Recommended Posts

This was supposed to be the first part of my second Hubble Palette image but soon after I had captured the Ha data, life got in the way so this is all I got! However, the very nature of Ha imaging made it worthwhile for me so here it is. SXVF-H9 with 12nm Ha filter on 80mm ED Refractor, EQ6 SkyScan Mount. 7 subframes of 600 secs. each, guided, processed in PS.

I agre. Not rubbish at all, there is so much nebulous stuff in there, and the crescent is superb. I know you will go on to add more, and improve it evn further. One day I hope I will produce rubbish like that.:D
