Lunar "Straight Wall"

CC mentioned this yesterday and I realised I'd never made an

effort to image it so pointed the 130mm F5 with Toucam prime focus

and took a couple of AVI's.

Just sorting them out and now wish I had waited for a couple more

hours as the "wall" was too much in the dark.

Still, dragged it out using levels and got a "so so" image for my album

Yay, you got it Phil. I think mine will have to wait until tomorrow as my south view is very cluttered. I took some AVIs but I think I was miles too early this evening. Maybe if it's clear tomorrow...

Cunning plan alert. You got me going Phil. with yours. I looked at the Starry Night Pro moon and the wall doesn't come out until tomorrow.

I dragged a mount about for a change, hope it comes out, transferring files now.

These little 'things' you are finding Phil are really interesting.

I feel guilty now as I didn't get the scope out tonight as I am not feeling too good.

I look for these things to get more familier with the moon's layout

Still get lost amongst the craters

Don't blame you not going out if you don't feel good, hope you'll

be feeling brighter tomorrow
