NGC 891 + M42

Hiya,

Here is what I managed to get last night, it didnt clear up until about 9pm so I was pushed for time. The moonlight made things a little difficult too (esp in O3), so the background on NGC891 isnt as dark as i'd like it.

But at the end of the eve i was treated to a little gem from M42, I was desparate for bed so that was just a quickie. Medium seeing quality, very cold!

Great stuff.... had a bash at NGC891 myself last night, didnt bin the RGB though, it'll be interesting how the same cameras image the galaxy with binning and without

fingures crossed

Thanks Good luck! it would be interesting to see what unbinned colour looks like. I binned mine purely because of time constraint, if its clear tonight I might have a go at it too.
