Possible Leonid sighting

Last night as I was packing up I saw a very impressive meteor which nearly took Orion's head off. Started off behind the house on Orion's right, shot over his head and disappeared behind another building at the opposite side. All the way across the sky in about a second, very impressive.

I've checked with Starry Night Pro this morning and it came from the rough direction of Leo so it's a possible.

The time was around 1:30 as I was packing up and putting the shed lid on.

coming from that direction it's an 'almost certain.'
