An image from this afternoon.

AR1117 starting to get close to the edge, with the new sunspot starting to make it's presence felt at the same point on the opposite limb. The developing spot is just visible in the faculae, shown in contrast against the darkening limb.

I increased the exposures slightly (1/2000) compared to using my normal 1/3200, rather than tweaking this in post processing. I think this has reduced the noise slightly, compared to my previous images.

Very nicely done. You have also captured the newly developing active region just rounding into view very near the limb (upper left of your image).
