Everything moves

Nothing in the known universe stands still, it seems that all things, are endowed with movement - a kind of fundamental property. Regardless of the scale of the item (light, radiation, sub-atomic particles, electrons, quarks, planets, stars, galaxies etc. etc.). It's not possible to have say a stationary light beam, the moment you generate light it is immediately moving away from the source at 300Kkm/sec. Seems to apply to everything - relative speed is a fundamental descriptor of all things.

Just musing on a Sunday morning.

Makes sense.

If they were not either moving round, away or towards then gravity would start a possibly slow attraction between any stationary set of bodies and they would start moving towards each other.

Think we misinterpret Newtons laws many times or simply don't realise the extent of that thing called gravity.
