Baader Zeiss Prism Diagonal

Just in case I am not the last person to find out, if you unscrew the male T2 thread from a Baader Zeiss prism diagonal you will reveal a female M36.4 thread. This is a thread used by Takahashi (and Vixen I think) and you can effectively screw in the Tak compression eyepiece holder directly into the diagonal. You can also take the T2 male adapter you just removed and thread it into the female T2 side of the diagonal giving you a male M36.4 thread to connect the Tak bits that you just separated from the eyepiece holder.

I found this out during correspondence with Baader in the run up to my purchase of the diagonal. It is by design but as it doesn't appear to be a feature noted on any of the websites selling it I just thought I would mention it.

Thanks for the heads up Al, just stumbled over this while trying to work out what to do with a s/h Baader T2 diagonal that came for some reasons without the male T2 insert.
