My first lunar picture

This is a photo I took a week ago just by pointing a Fuji finepix camera through a 28mm eyepiece on a 70mm Skyatcher refractor. Constructive criticism welcome!

Thats a super first moon pic Andy... 8) This moon lark gets quite addictive after a while, but start to worry when we're all barking at it...

Did you edit your pic in anyway, or is that as it was straight off the cam?

The only editing was a little unsharp mask in Paint Shop Pro and a tweak to the colour saturation to remove a slight blue fringe round the moon.

I was surprised how good this picture turned out as it was only hand held against the eyepiece and relying on the cameras auto exposure.
