Thanks again for all the warm welcomes. I've just finished my first viewing through our first ever telescope. Not perfect conditions but enough to enjoy observing Jupiter and its moons. Since coming in from the cold, I've been purchasing more odds and ends for the scope. It's a dear old business! So I'm all set for the next star party. Can't wait!
