Hello everybody

I have been visiting this site for a while now but i have decided to join now. Im not good at these kind of things but here goes. I am 18 and have had a passion for astronomy for as long as i can remember. I started off with a small cheap refractor but lost all interest afterwards, mainly due to very poor views you got from it. A few years later my interest was rekindled and i started to repair my scope (didnt really look after it) so that Christmas my parents got me a second hand 5' reflector which i loved but was often dissapointed it used the .75' eyepieces (I think, they were tiny). Two years ago almost three, i got a 10' Skywatchers Dobsonian. I was amazed with it, still am but unfortunatly i dont get out with it as often.

I have took the step into astrophotography with a Canon 400d on an eq3-2 mount with a 70-300mm lens. Results are ok nothing like what is produced by some of the Gods on this forum but im pleased with them. I am currently looking to upgrade my mount to a Heq5 and one day mount my 10' skywatcher (aahhh to dream).

Currently I am at collage studying photography just about to start my second year and thoroughly enjoying it but it doesnt leave much room for astronomy unfortunatly.

That's about everything (I think) i will attach some of my photos to show what i have been able to produce.
