I'm too dumb to know what all the letters mean and what they are, but I like the top middle RRGB one, nice amount of detail. With my toucam imaging, the white middle is the part that I struggle with to get much detail so I tend to base my opinion of others images by how much I see there, for that area alone the IRGB one seems to have a little more but the RS is a tad washed out.

I'd be more than happy if I was turning out images as good as either of those two.

I can't get my head round all that new fangled RGB and LRGB imaging though.

There's a difference between being "too dumb" and not learning ...

RGB is the "usual mix". IGB is with the infrared image used instead of the red image.

xRGB is with the "x" image used for luminance.

I agree that the RRGB looks best, but (strangely) the IGB is the nearest to the natural appearance in the eyepiece!
