Hi anyone got the Maxim plug in for the DMK 21AU04.AS

Any suggestions on the best USB driver under Maxim DL5 (pulse guiding)

would be appreciated.

Just got the camera using it as a guider (and hopefully later for planetary )

I think the ascom driver is older than the one I got with the camera

July 2010.

Still in need of a Maxim plug in?

Anyone got one of these cameras working with Maxim DL5

Looking at thr forums I dont think there is a plugin for maxim!

If you load the driver that came with the cam, then open Maxim, and go to the camera control and click "setup camera", scroll to the bottom of the list in the camera model box you will see 'Video DS' select that and you will be up and running

Ive just downloaded Maxim DL Pro 5 and tryed it on my DMK21 and it works.

Thanks for the info tried that it kind of works but only in video mode I'm using it as a guide camera but can't get the guide screen up.

Seems to work ok with phd guider but.... Maxim would be good

Im only trying it with one cam loaded but if I load Video DS as camera 1 and click connect, then go to the Guide tab and with the Expose button active and hit start it takes a shot and shows the Auto Guider frame.
