Yves, I'm glad you like the image. The main nebula is mostly RGB with a bit of Ha to enhance it. The RGB data is good so thank you for having the idea to shoot it!

Wow Jordan ....you just raised the bar on M27.

Not only have you caught the halo, but you've processed it beautifully, and there is depth there that I've not seen before.

Your blend of the OSC/Ha core and the outer halo is seamless and natural too.

The Ha was added to the OSC red channel, blend mode lighten about 50% ish. The OIII was added to the green and blue channel, blend mode lighten at quite a high % at about 60%. A little bit of layer masking helped to make it look more natural I think.
