Which way to the perseids go???

...in case the clouds clear this weekend...

I can see in S@N that they'll originate somewhere below cassiopeia, but which way do they travel?

If they shoot "down" towards the northern horizon then I wont bother, as they'll be behind trees in my garden

If it's "up" or south (not sure how to describe the direction) then i'll get the sun lounger out and enjoy the display

All over the sky, but always travelling away from perseus i believe

45 degrees away from the radiant and 45 degrees above the horizon seems to given as advice on a lot of "how to sites" ...

in the SAN article it says to look around the Northen Cross (Cygnus) earlier in the evening...
