The camera always seemed to be facing the wrong way when a bright one went over!

How true! I saw a photo somewhere of the setups which some of the more avid meteor photographers use - It basically looked like a board with 8 DSLR's on, all pointing in different directions to basically catch every corner of the sky. I'm not sure I could afford that...

The 01:42 fireball was picked up by video camera, its on youtube, I never though i would be able to be able to see that fireball again, now we can watch it over and over!
