Keeping the Darned Thing Straight...

As a subscriber to National Geographic I spotted this scope in my local toy store a couple of years back and I sent them an email registering my disappointment at their fine name being linked to such an inferior product,a product which could destroy a young persons interest in astronomy. The email I received in return basically stated that they weren't concerned about this and they would not change the situation.

I promply cancelled my subscription.

Perhaps more people should rattle off an email to National Geographic and see it it gets a response.

Saying that... have you notice the other 'TOYS' that they have released with there name on them... Not exactly 'Self Promoting Products' I would stay well away

Weather permitting i will have another bash at the moon tonight to see if i can get it working.

take a look a saturn too if you can probably the easier target to find other that the moon:)
