Hello

just got a bit frustrated with trying to buy a scope.

buying my first scope from andy ,on the for sale board.

may be a bit late being the wrong end of 50.

will let you know how i get on.

I think you will find that 50 is about the average age of the members on here. :icon_scratch:

Trouble is you can't afford all the kit before yur 50 - then when you can afford it you can't lift it any more lol

Welcome micp. Never too late and as someone a little younger I can tell you I'm looking forward to 50. My kids will move out and I may get 5 mins to myself!

Age is irrelevant when looking at the universe, to the stars, we're all babies really, (I for one certainly act like one - so I've been told :evil6:) I would also add that astronomy is one of those interests that everyone can enjoy, at the same time, in the same place and at the same level- awareness and enthusiasm has no time limits.
