Liveview focusing software

hi,

I've read about software that can help with focusing by measuring the FWHM of a star (including Guidemaster) and also about software that can read the liveview output from a Canon into a video file (although I can't find that s/w now).

Is there anything that can do the FWHM focusing measurement on the liveview output (from a 1000d) in real time?

If you use a Bahtinov you can Possibly ues bahtinov Grabber to analyse the liveview output...

I'm not a big fan of liveview I prefer to take 6-8s subs at high ISO and analyse them using Bahtinov grabber... You don't put all that extra heat into the senosr that way...
