thats the one i used a bit daunting at first but like you say works fine

Yes it does but as your finger tips are very sensitive you will feel any grit particles which you won't if you use some form of wipes.

I like it also as a practical, down to earth approach and the fact that the modern coatings are robust unlike the "good" old days.

That guy looked like he was casually doing the washing up. I was HORRIFIED. Then he said all modern mirrors have an extra coating on top of the silver. I didnt know this. Ha......now about the scariest part of cleaning a mirror is getting it in and out of scope without dropping it etc.

Thanks for that link. Its made me feel better about cleaning mirrors if and when.
