OTA cases and rain guards ?

Heya

Can anyone point me in the direction of a reasonably priced telescope carry case, for a my C100-ED refractor, and some kind of handy dandy shower sheet for throwing over the whole mounted setup in the sudden event of a light shower.

I've spotted this: Vanguard Giant Case which appears like it may house the OTA.

Not sure about rainguards, I suspect there's probably some good suggestions to be had from you seasoned observers out there ?

These are great telescope protectors (I have 2) and can be thrown over in seconds - and they're very cheap (£25)

In 'bargain mode', I've took a punt on this at £ 1.99 on eBay :

Weatherproof Bicycle Cover

At that price it's worth a go, it seems a good size for a rain-guard and if it really doesn't work, my bike gets to stay clean

Will let you know how I get on

(I've also got the Vanguard OTA carry case on order)

Sorry for popping in this thread, but I am interested in a case too for a SW MN190. What would you guys recommend? A rigid case (probably big and bulky), or a soft flexible bag (maybe not so bulky)?
