another quickie m13

m13, managed 15mins in each R,G and 10mins in B then the mist rolled in.... moon light and haze has given a few gradients that i still need to deal with

Beautiful colour and I see you have been nicely restrained on the sharpening. I can't see the gradients on my black clipped work monitor

I find with mine that it always appears slightly out of focus.

thanks guys.....Martin you are right its very easy to over sharpen this one...i did use some maximum entropy deconvolution to tighten up things

i was actually doing an ACP run.... it plate solved and centred no problem but then failed finding a suitable guide star...so i took over manually and had to adjust the guide scope to get a star in the FOV...i would have got more frames if it wasnt for tis glitch

I agree that is absolutely lovely.

I love the colour in the bright star and the little yellowy/orange stars in and around M13.

I recently attempted m13, and over did the processing - very easy to try and squeeze that little bit harder, the trick is to know when your there - You know!
