MartinB
Was clear on and off this evening but the worst seeing ever and the dewiest night ever. Had a go at M31 but pretty awful. cloudy now which is actually a relief

John
Fantastic night here (North Somerset). Best for ages.Used my Baader UHC-S filter to view the Ring and Dumbell nebs then found the Owl neb - faint as it was nearing the South Wales skyglow. Then managed a 1st for me - the Veil neb east and west segments (east easier than west) in both my ED100 and the ST80 ! (east segment only in the 80mm). Also spotted M81 and M82 galaxies and M31, M32 and NGC205. Packed up now for a chilled glass of wine or two before bed.Great night - I'm all enthused again !!.John,North Somerset
Greg
Been really lucky here Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday were excellent, Thursday night you couldn't stand up due to the wind! Last night was clear untill 2am...I could see the clouds over Exeter but luckily they kept West so I missed them Managed to get some project stuff done and some DSO imaging...In the process of processing!!
