Wow..what an amazing image

How do you change filters on the Atik? It doesn't look like you have a filter wheel there?

Wow, what a fantastic image, I'm so jealous of your weather conditions, the seeing and transparency must be great where you are...

Neil.

Beautiful image Anthony, however I am a little puzzled by the noise in the blue channel, when the rest of the image seems very smooth?

Cheers

Thanks u all so much!

No, i dont have a filter wheel. Because of the Hyperstar i try not to put so much weight in front. Exactly in front of the ccd is a thin filter adapter that i insert manually the filters. Its the best way to do it.

The seeing and transparency is good here and i am luck that the light pollution of Athens is far away and only on the west horizon.

The noise from the blue filter comes from the smaller amount of frames.Could not manage more of them but i am satisfied with the result.

Thanks for your wonderful words and soon with the new CCD ATIK 314L+ we will go deeper into the magical universe.
