Two clear nights

Wow, after what seems like unending weeks of cloudy skies we just had two clear nights in succession. Many happy hours spent gazing through the new 8" Dob. At last managed to find M81 and M82. Can't see more than Titan and Rhea orbiting Saturn but that's pretty good anyway.

Shame that Orion is starting to disappear for me at least, (neighbour's house blocks it) but new constellations creeping into view.

Fingers crossed for more of this weather - clear, mild and still.

Yes things are finally picking up here by the looks of it (N. England) hope it stays that way for the next few days when i move into the countryside! No light pollution (well alot less)
