Hi All, this looks like a good group, be gentle!!! im a newbie and not long been doing this and there seems to be quite a few people on here with some seriously intimidating kit, Interested in astrophotograpy with ccd's (planets) and just general stargazing until i can get more experienced with this.

Dont be intimidated by the kit some folks have - you can get by with a very modest set-up and still see lots of amazing things.

Its also friendly in here so dont be put off asking questions at all.
