First Light with my Explorer 150P

Recommended Posts

Firstly, I hope I'm posting this in the right area, if not let me know. My Skywatcher 150P arrived today so after work I assembled it and it looks awesome. I spotted some clear sky and lifted it out to have a look at the moon and it was superb. It's not aligned or set up yet but I had a go at aiming it towards Orion and I got it :)(probably luck), what a sight. I then tried for Mars and almost got it then the cloud came over, viewing over for the evening but I am delighted. I am assuming that "First Light" is the term used?

Cheers
