Hopefully, better processed this time... :)

First one is the reprocessed version of the one I posted last night. Second is an experiment with setting the histogram low, third one was just as the high wispy clouds rolled in here, so lost some definition.

Yup, that's what works for me too, max at about 3/4 on the histogram.

Plenty of detail there, just needs the contrast lifting a bit ... did you try a LRGB remix using the red channel for luminance?

You are imaging Mars well as it is tricky but theres lots of detail and polar cap is solidly seen. Image a bit smudged upwards to 11 O'Clock pos'n, did you get good collimation?

Thanks for the comments :) Yes, I checked my collimation before and after and it seemed pretty spot on... I can see what you mean though (there is also a blur at 3-4 o'clock too) I will check and recheck next time I'm out...
