Another Saturn

It was very hard to image saturn what with low surface brightness, and iced up secondary, But makes a change. Ive missed shooting this beautiful planet, So was fun to try, even though the result isnt amazing. Hoping it improves a little, later on.

Tis a nice image mate, much better than my attempts the other nite.

You can even make out slight signs of the devisions in the rings.

I've decided im going to wait until i have my scope mounted on the eq6 before i do any serious imaging.

Not bad at all - as you say, Saturn isn't easy - even at the best of times.

I don't think there will be a lot of (UK based amateur) images this year that show Cassini's Division as clearly as that.
