A worthwhile trip to the shops

Well just been round the local shops for winter clothing suitable for observing in on those cold nights and managed the following items.

Greygoose - down filled padded reversible jacket, retails at £160,,paid £12. This jacket is amazing, so warm I'll probably only require a t-shirt underneath...

1x pair of skiing sallapettes - paid £5

Both items from local charity shops,,, who says astronomy has to be expensive woohooo.....

It's a bit late for winter clothing. Its positively balmy here at night now. I think we are hitting 10C. It will be t-shirt weather in a month or so.
