Just to say hello - I live on the Coventry / Solihull border and have been using bins for my astronomy - until tomorrow when I get a Skymax 127 - can't wait!

I am hoping to get my three young children interested so any advice on this would be welcome.

I'm the happy owner of a Nikon D70 too and hope to get it connected (somehow) with the Skymax in the not too distant future.

Have been reading the forum for several hours now (I am recovering from an operation so this has kept me distracted from the pain) and have found it incredibly useful - I hope to be of help to someone sometime soon!

The scope is wonderful - but guess what - it's been cloudy so far!!!

However, I tried it on a sparrow in a distant tree and the clarity, colour and sharpness were staggering. Now I want some clear skies.
