Geminid from 37,000 feet

Recommended Posts

Here's a Geminid meteor shot at 37,000 feet above the Shetlands. I'm not sure how this will look as it's been processed on an unfamiliar laptop - I'll process it again properly when I return home. The movement of the plane and shooting out of a window aren't easy issues to overcome, but my total haul on this flight was 11 Geminids on camera. A couple were taken as the plane was turning which has led to some really odd effects!
